Amanda joined Navien Financial in 2012, assuming the role of Administrative Assistant. Throughout her tenure under John's mentorship, she seamlessly transitioned through various roles, culminating in her appointment as Director of Operations in 2014.
In her capacity, Amanda plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall functionality of the team. Through meticulous and detailed communication, she provides invaluable support to team members, ensuring a refined client experience. Her responsibilities extend to the coordination of internal departments such as tax, legal, investment, insurance, technology, and estate planning specialists, tailoring each interaction to meet the specific needs of clients. Amanda's profound knowledge and understanding of individual client strategies guarantee the effective and efficient delivery of John's organization's value proposition.
Amanda assumes a leadership role in Navien Financial's community outreach initiatives, strategically showcasing partnerships and collaborations with thought leaders and community organizations to maximize impact. She orchestrates events on behalf of NF's community alliance partners and spearheaded the creation of the Distinguished Leadership Series. This series spotlights exemplary figures in the Commonwealth, including Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Attorney General Maura Healey, and Dean of Harvard College Rakesh Khurana.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Amanda currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is an active and accomplished member of the local theatre and film community. Notable collaborations include Commonwealth Shakespeare's co-production with Boston Landmarks Orchestra of "A Midsummer Night's Dream," as well as performances in productions such as "Assassins" and "Grizzly Mama" at The Gamm Theatre, and "Intimate Apparel" with The Lyric Stage Company of Boston.
