John C. Navien founded his practice, Navien Financial in 2014 after 11 years in the insurance industry. He began his career with Wachovia Securities & The Destefano Group, and Northwestern Mutual accumulating fifteen years of experience working with high net worth individuals, families, and local business owners.
John speaks at several financial firms, company retreats, and seminars imparting keys to his success. He often shares his commitment to "Doing Well by Doing Good", his campaign to have impact on the betterment of the community through organizations who focus primarily on creating resources for children in impoverished areas.
John is extremely passionate about his responsibility to the Boards on which he sits and drives each foundations mission through providing business sense for non-profits who would benefit from administrative assistance, event planning, marketing, and volunteering.

He holds the designations of Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor in Senior Living, and a Chartered Life Underwriter. John obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business.
John is also a Golden Glove Boxer and a member of Team New England fighting in London under the training of Mickey Ward.
