
Amanda Ruggiero joined Navien Financial in 2012, as an Administrative Assistant and transitioned into several different roles during her time under John’s mentorship. In 2014, Amanda was invited to transition John’s client base and began to manage the team as Director of Operations.
Amanda provides support to the overall team's functionality by supporting team members with a high level of detailed communication to provide a refined client experience. She is responsible for coordinating the involvement of appropriate internal departments including tax, legal, investment, insurance, technology and estate planning specialists according to each client's specific needs. Her knowledge and understanding of each client's strategy ensures that the value proposition of John's organization is delivered effectively and efficiently.
Amanda leads Navien Financial's community outreach efforts appropriately to highlight partnerships and collaborations with thought leaders and community organizations for maximum impact. She coordinates events on behalf of NF’s community alliance partners and developed the Distinguished Leadership Series, highlighting exemplary men and women in the Commonwealth like Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Attorney General Maura Healey, and Dean of Harvard College Rakesh Khurana.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, and currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts. She is an active and accomplished member of the theatre and film community here in Boston and surrounding areas. Favorite Collaborations Include: Commonwealth Shakespeare's co-production with Boston Landmarks Orchestra of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Assassins and Grizzly Mama at The Gamm Theatre, Intimate Apparel with The Lyric Stage Company of Boston.
